The above is a picture of the cookie molds my mother used to make the lotus blossom cookies. They are 3 different sizes with different shapes in the middle. She purchased them from a street vendor in Chinatown.
cookiejar, do you have a chinatown near where you live? Maybe you could check there? That's where my mom got hers. It was a while ago though. I have not gotten a chance to go check it out lately, but when I do, I will definitely look for them again.

Absolutely beautiful! I've searched the web for the molds...no luck..any suggestions?
