I made a few baskets of thank you cookies in the shape of little ducklings. The duck cookeis were so simple and fun to make and I turned out really cute. These are a good idea for baby shower thank you gifts or favors. Also, just to have them on a platter at a baby shower would be nice too.When I was coloring the icing, I thought I put in too much yellow gel paste since the ducklings turned out very dark yellow. However, after they had dried, the shade of yellow turned out quite well.
